Villa Spectra is a luxury three-storey property in Makarska, 60 km from the UNESCO-protected city of Split and 1.2 km from pristine beaches bordered by fragrant pine forests.

This newly built villa can accommodate up to 10+2 people and provides the perfect holiday resort. Villa Spectra has a modern interior with modern decoration and offers a beautiful view of the sea and islands that can not leave you indifferent. The harmonious interior design is further enhanced by some modern features that provide exceptional comfort and allow year-round enjoyment of the Mediterranean ambience.

The well-kept yard consists of a 50 m2 heated swimming pool with counter-current swimming system, a large dining table with a summer kitchen and a barbecue, so you can completely relax and indulge in outdoor activities with friends or family. Makarska is also know as a family destination with beautiful pebble beaches and lots of entertainment for children.
